Nashville, TN · Kitchen services & catering
Twenty-nine years
behind the pass.
I keep Nashville's kitchens clean and its tables full — from the exhaust duct to the last plated course.
(a) — The story
The line
It started in a fast-food fryer and ended — so far — in a fine-dining pass. Chef, server, caterer: twenty-nine years of every job a restaurant has, and I never lost the habit of showing up before the doors open.
The service
Grease, heat, and exhaust don't care about the menu. I built a company that treats a kitchen's back-of-house like the front — cleaned, maintained, and ready when it counts.
The table
And when the crowd's worth feeding, I'm back at the stove — catering the dinners, weddings, and community tables that keep this city hungry for more.

What I do
Two trades, one kitchen
01 — Exhaust & maintenanceGrease exhaust cleaning
Full duct, hood, and fan de-greasing for commercial kitchens. Scheduled maintenance, inspections, and the paperwork your fire marshal will actually accept.

02 — Chef & cateringCatering & private chef
Seasonal menus and full-service events, from a ten-person dinner to a hundred seats. I plan the menu, run the line, and leave the kitchen better than I found it.
Plan an event(c) — Home
Off the clock, it's three kids, a big table, and the same city that keeps feeding me.
I've cooked for a lot of people, but the meal I'm proudest of is the one at home. That's the standard I bring to every kitchen I clean and every table I set.
